This is Teresa (the beach bunny from a few posts ago), anyways she wanted to do some low lights in her bleached blond hair, so here it is! I used Scrupples new Blazings low lights and I'm a huge fan. They look so great on blond hair. Thanks Teresa for letting me try out a new product on you!

Low lights
